Where to park?

There are several free parking areas nearby where you can leave your car without any problems:

  • Just in front, at the sailing school (small wooden house in front of Inspiramar).
  • In the surroundings of Marina Benicarló.
  • On Marqués de Benicarló Avenue.
  • On Cristo del Mar Street.
  • In the public parking lot in front of the Fish Market.

How to get there?

By car:

  • From Barcelona or Valencia, take the AP-7 motorway (exit 43 Peñíscola-Benicarló). You can also use the N-340. From northern Spain, take the A-68 and N-232 to Vinaròs and connect with the N-340 to Benicarló, heading towards Castelló.

By train:

  • Benicarló-Peñíscola Station (2.2 km from Inspiramar) Pl. de l'Estación s/n, Benicarló. Tel. 902 320 320. Check the timetable at www.renfe.com. From Barcelona you have 4/5 daily departures to go/return with Regional, Intercity, Talgo or Alvia trains.

  • From Valencia, you have more than 10 daily departures to and from the city on Regional, Intercity, Talgo, or Alvia trains.

  • From Madrid: stops in Castellón de la Plana and Valencia depending on the route. If there is no direct AVE service, you can connect to/from Valencia via regional, Intercity, etc. AVE services. There are AVE-Intercity services that allow you to travel from Madrid to Benicarló in less than 4 hours.

By air:

  • Barcelona Airport: two hours by car, totaling 234km. See itinerary.
  • Valencia Airport: 1 hour and 20 minutes by car, totaling 146 km. See itinerary.
  • Reus Airport: one hour and fifteen minutes by car, totaling 115 km. See itinerary.

By boat:

If you're traveling by boat, just in front of Inspiramar, in the Benicarló marina, is Marina Benicarló (LATITUDE 40º 24′ 5 N, LONGITUDE 000º 26′ E). There are 300 moorings with comprehensive nautical services, just 3 nautical miles from Peñíscola. Basic rules

  • Pets are not allowed (we recommend checking out the Can Pou de l'Olla pet-friendly hotel options in Benicarló).
  • Parties are not allowed.
  • It is prohibited to occupy the apartment with more people than declared.
  • Furniture and facilities must be cared for and used appropriately (€100 deposit required for this purpose).

Check-in

Aware of the inconvenience of having to arrange for someone to give you the apartment keys upon arrival, traveling to a distant office to check in, or waiting in line at reception for help when you arrive tired from traveling, we have implemented the secure Code System, manufactured in Barcelona by MEnginyeria. Before your arrival, you will receive a six-digit code that will allow you to enter the building and your loft whenever you want. These codes are randomly generated and are only valid for the days of your stay, so they are completely secure. This way, you don't have to worry about your keys, avoiding forgetting or losing them.
